A really nice restaurant. Customer service was amazing . It was our first time there with the kids and they loved the experience. I was not too sure what to order so our waiter recommended the all you can eat , which was a good choice to have a variety of. I totally recommend for family, friends , date night and even team building for co workers
The day we went here, there was a graduation event going on. If you show proof of graduation, you'd get a 10% discount, which I thought was cute. The wait wasn't too long for our party, maybe just 30 minutes. Our server was very nice and patient with us. I lost my voice from work and he had to wait for me to text everything out on my phone and read it to know what we needed. We went with menu A because my family is a bit on the basic side and we didn't need the premium meats. The food was great and my family enjoyed everything brought out, except the intestines, but that seems to be an acquired taste. The ramen and corn cheese were also great to split with everyone as my family doesn't have those often. We got mostly thick cuts, which my mom loved. I eventually ordered one order of brisket and I forgot how much they give you. If you're able to, I'd recommend asking for just half an order of brisket because that was a bit hard to go through after all the thick cuts we had. I recommend this place for special occasions such as birthdays and graduations.
My fav Korean BBQ spot in the 916. Attentive staff. Ample seating. I'll try to add more later.
Great food, service, and ambiance. One of my favorite kbbq places in Sacramento. If you're craving kbbq, a fun time with friends or family, or simply to relax, this is the place.
Our server was great and gave us great recommendations. The side dishes were tasty, especially the cucumber salad and kim chi. There are three dinning options, A, B, C. Lowest to highest. We opted for Option A. Spicy Beef Belly and Galbi were my favorite meats. Good selection of appetizers to choose from as well. My top two were the cheese corn and scallion salad. Lots to choose from with Option A. But if you're looking for supreme meats and seafood, try out the other options. I was too busy stuffing my face, so no pics this time.
The service here was pretty good and the staff was friendly. The place is modern and spacious. I would say the meat here was solid. My favorite were all the beef items such as the beef belly. I enjoyed the dipping options they provided. The corn cheese was tasty. I thought the mashed potatoes could have been better. Their Korean Fried Chicken was too crunchy and hard. It was not easy to bite into. For their hot sauce, it's super spicy so I would definitely skip out on the hot sauce if you can't handle spice. Definitely would come back if I was in the area.
The food was great for the price. It was $25 per person for adults on a weekday and $15 per child. The robots was pretty useless since they don't even park close to the table. You have to get up yourself to grab the meats off the robot. The floor was really greasy though. I slipped a few times just walking to the table. I love the fish pond at the entrance. That was a great touch! The neighborhood is so sketchy though. Just parking... We saw many crazy people screaming cuss words to the air. There's a liquor store nearby , which probably attracted them. There are many signs in the restaurant warning of car break-ins. We parked there during the day, so it wasn't broken into. I would park closest to the restaurant entrance as there are cameras facing out.
Who knew i'd end up doing Korean BBQ in Sacramento? It was my very first visit here and I'm telling you guys the whole experience was beyond! Their AYCE was quite different than what i had known. Fried chicken for appetizer? You must be kidding? Pricing is pretty decent too. You'll have your own choice! We did the one that's $35 each person and it was just enough! I've never been to a place that brings out this many LA Galbi at once, lol! So generous!!! Their rib eye steak tasted wonderful!!! My friend had their corn cheese and she said it tasted yummy! I had their soy bean paste soup and it was good too! We only had 2 plates of brisket and that LA and Rib eye steak (pictures below) then we got so full and checked out! We were so done! The steamed egg needs some improvement, tho!!! It was cold and little too plain. We couldn't eat! I wish they had a choice of other vegetables except for the lettuce! Service was nice! Thank you to Eddie who made our experience better! He was friendly and attentive and recommended us to have some dessert after all so we had their raspberry sherbet and it was a nice way to finalize the whole experience. Ambiance is fine and i guess it was just an another busy evening! So overall, this place is nice! Bring your friends and family then have some fun??? I'll come back even though I'm not a local!!! Thanks!!!
Blue House is my jam! I've been to numerous Korean, barbecue restaurants, and Blue house by far is my favorite. Reservations and waiting time are definitely not easy, but the quality of food has always been spot on! It's fresh and fabulous, and always full of flavor. If you've never been to a Korean barbecue house before, it's a great way to bond with family and friends over cooking your own meal. Once seated, there are a few different options to choose from for, and all you can eat experience. Everyone needs to choose the same level From the menu. Once selected, but the food experience begin. The grill on the table will be lit by staff, and your selections will be brought out. The interesting part is that the table is given a two hour. In which to dine and enjoy their food. It seems like a lot of time, but it's really not. It goes by pretty quickly . Once you cook, what's been brought to the table and enjoyed it, the staff will happily bring out more of whatever items you would like. As you continue to cook through your evening, there is not a limit to what will be brought out. Keep in mind, that everything must be eaten at the table and there are no to go boxes or options. The banchan ( which means small side dishes) at this location is truly the tastiest! Lovely small bowls filled with seasoned bean sprouts, pickled radish, kimchi, spicy cucumber salad, and so much more. These are meant as condiments, and a nice addition to the meal. Truth be told, I could make an entire meal out of these offerings because they are that tasty. Diner tip: if you've never done this before, I would highly recommend selecting the proteins that are well seasoned. It makes for a better dining experience and taste profile. Also, if you are not an at home, cook, make sure that you have someone with you that is. it's very easy cooker overcook the prepared proteins. Once seated, the wait staff is super helpful and friendly. Reservations for a party of six or more is highly recommended, and while they don't take reservations for smaller parties, be prepared for a wait if you go during dinner time service. Great location, free parking, and a great time for everyone!
